Abby Kladivko has been coaching since 2021 and now focuses on high-level strategy, goal setting, and business development. She works closely with advisors to refine their vision, create actionable growth plans, and implement effective marketing and operational strategies. With over a decade of experience in the financial and insurance industry — including more than eight years at a financial advisory firm — Abby understands the challenges advisors face in scaling their businesses. Her expertise lies in guiding them through strategic decision-making, optimizing firm organization, and developing sustainable client acquisition strategies to drive long-term success. Abby holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rowan University and has earned her Series 65 license. Based in Charleston, SC, she works remotely while also enjoying the beach and the city with her husband, Nick, and son, Wolfgang.
