A self-described word nerd, grammar geek, and fan of the Oxford comma, Barry is responsible for proofreading and quality assurance. In addition to proofreading all marketing projects and checking for accuracy, he assists with website reviews/rebuilds and writing copy as needed. Before joining the team in January 2022, Barry worked for Foot Locker for more than 14 years, including nine years as a proofreader. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point with a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in Community and Organizational Leadership. Barry and his husband of 25 years, Bruce, moved to South Florida in 2019. In their free time, they enjoy cooking, gardening, traveling, and spending time in the pool or at the ocean.
