Rana Chander
Chief Operating Officer, Sound Income Strategies
Rana Chander joined Sound Income Group in 2022 as part of the senior leadership team. His primary responsibilities are to evaluate the business needs and process walk-throughs to create an industry-leading, robust, and transparent technology toolkit comprised of workflow systems, reporting, integration with third-party platforms, client dashboard, billing, and compensation. Rana previously served as CIO and COO for Investa corp Inc, a leading wealth management firm under Ladenburg Thalmann. 
Eric Lutton, CFA®
Chief Investment Officer, Sound Income Strategies
Eric Lutton began his career trading equity options on the floor of the Chicago Board Options Exchange. His experience includes time as an Equity and Fixed Income Analyst for Levitt Capital Management, and as a Portfolio Manager/Analyst for Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust. He also spent time at JVB Financial covering institutional and RIA clients for fixed-income securities. At Sound Income Strategies, Eric helps lead the fixed-income investment strategy to ensure clients are meeting their investment goals while minimizing market turmoil.
