Derek Wright is a recruiter, sales leader, and developer of people. With over 25 years of experience, he's helped financial advisors nationwide achieve growth through strategic marketing, operational support, and income-focused investment solutions. He spent 10 years at New York Life and 7 at MassMutual, where he led award-winning sales teams. He later founded and scaled a software company that became a global leader in digital activity management for the insurance industry.

After exiting the software business, Derek launched a recruiting firm focused on helping founders and advisors build high-performing teams—ultimately leading him to his current role at Sound Income Group. Passionate about people and long-term impact, Derek thrives on aligning advisors with the tools they need to grow. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time with his two kids, ages 11 and 8.

She works closely with advisors nationwide to identify opportunities, streamline operations, and connect them with marketing, coaching, and practice growth platforms.

With over 5 years of business development experience, a professional background at Northwestern Mutual, and a degree from the University of Miami, Adrianna brings a strong foundation in advisor support and relationship management. She has worked with practices of all sizes, guiding them through strategies that balance independence with the strength of a full-service firm.

A retired attorney with 27 years of financial advisory experience, Jeff is also a 9-time Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) qualifier.
